Tribeca Multi-Media Agency
This advertising office on Vandam Street was created in a former industrial space. Spaces are articulated by a series of copper and glass walls, which allow views between offices while providing acoustic separation. The existing maple floor was refinished and the barrel vaulted ceiling and sprinklers left exposed.
